Threat Monitoring

Over the last several years, various threats (i.e., civil demonstrations, active shootings, accidental releases) and natural disasters (i.e., hurricanes, tornadoes, floods) have occurred in the United States and worldwide, which has become concerning to many individuals.

Most employers commonly develop strategies to achieve their organizational objectives. However, employers often fail to consider how the environmental factors may negatively affect business operations and their employees.  Therefore, when an incident occurs at the workplace, business operations are often times disrupted, equipment and supplies are lost or destroyed.  More important, some employees have been seriously injured or even killed in the workplace as a result.

Failure to plan for these undesirable events can have severe consequences, potentially resulting in lawsuits, high employee turnover rates, loss of production, and an emotional toll on employees.
