Emergency Preparedness

An Emergency is a serious and often unexpected threat with very little warning

Do you have a plan? Are you Prepared? Do you know the warning signs?

Emergency Preparedness

Emergency Preparedness is defined as a continuous cycle of planning, organizing, training, equipping, exercising, evaluating, and taking corrective action in an effort to ensure effective coordination during incident response. For businesses, effective emergency preparedness and planning can make the difference between bankruptcy, quick restoration or loss of life. Adequate and efficacious preparation and planning can determine how quickly an establishment recovers after an unexpected emergency.

Our team consists of experienced planners and instructors who have personally supported or responded to some of the worst natural and man-made disasters.

SEKOPS offers a variety of services and safety programs that will enhance your employee’s readiness level. We will also use our vast resources to mobilize, plan and prepare your organization for any emergency.

Test, Training and Exercises

In today’s environment facility managers, members of the emergency response team, and employees must be trained to respond to natural hazards and human-caused events that may disrupt operations in the workplace. Failure to have emergency response plans in place, not only creates uncertainty among employees, but could have serious legal ramifications if someone is seriously injured or killed in the workplace.

SEKOPS  has extensive experience working with partners at the federal, state, and local level.  Our experts can improve the readiness of your employees and emergency response teams by developing realistic and challenging testing, training and exercise that meet federal and state training requirements.

Services offered include:

  • Scheduling and adherence to policies and procedures
